Refund Policy
PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to receive our Service through the end of your current billing period.
At any time, at our sole and absolute discretion, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our subscribers ("credits"). The provision of such credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under no circumstance shall be deemed a modification of these Terms of Use.
Refunds
Once your Refund claim is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns:
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, we will not replace the damaged product. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact our Customer Service representative, customerservice@enjoyflowers.com or call (786) 828 5457.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable items
To complete your return, we require visual material where the damage is evident.
Please do not send your purchase back to us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
