How do I care for my flowers?
Great question! To ensure your flowers last, we’ve created this easy to follow Flower Care Guide for you.

How long will my bouquet last?
Rest easy knowing we offer a 7-day guarantee on all bouquets. Great news, though: Under normal conditions, when customers follow our care instructions, bouquets often last 10 to 15 days, depending on the varieties included. In some cases, blooms last even longer!

How long are the stems?
All stems included in our bouquets are approximately 20’’ long.

Can I choose the flowers for my bouquet?
Your blooms are chosen by our head florist, Hernando Salazar. With more than 15 years experience creating arrangements for luxury brands, his Designer’s Choice creations are what our community looks forward to each month!

What if I’m allergic to a certain type of flower?
If you or someone you’re gifting to is allergic, or your pets could also be affected by a specific flower, please contact us at customerservice@enjoyflowers.com. We will make a note and let the farm know not to include that bloom in any of your shipments.

What’s the best way to dispose of the flowers and packing?
You can either dry the flowers to create a dried flower display, or to turn the petals into potpourri by adding essential oils. You can simply toss the flowers in the trash—make sure it is either in an outside bin or in one that will soon be put outside as flower stems can develop an odor very quickly.

You can also recycle the box used to pack your flowers with other household recyclables with no problem!

How do I create an account?
Once you place an order, you will automatically be asked to create your account. You can also Create Your Account here. You will receive an email giving you direct access to your account after activating it.

How do I reset my password?
Click Log In/Sign Up, select “Forgot Password?", enter your email address and click “submit”. The system will send you an email so you can access your account again.

How do I get in touch with customer support?

What are your business hours?
Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm EST.

What are the methods of payments?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards such as AMEX, Discovery, Diners, Mastercard and Visa. Our site uses high level security SSL certificates that assure customer payment information is always secure.

3. SUBSCRIPTION

When can I expect my first bouquet?
You can select Tuesday or Thursday as your delivery date and that will carry through the length of your subscription. Coming straight from the farms in South America, your flowers usually take 4 days to arrive. You will be able to select from the available delivery dates at checkout.

How do the shipments work?
For subscriptions, deliveries are on Tuesdays and Thursday, unless there’s a holiday or exceptional date, which we will notify you about. Once you select the first delivery date, the shipment dates are automatically created depending on the frequency of your subscription. If your delivery is scheduled for Tuesday the order will ship on Friday and if your delivery is scheduled for Thursday the order will ship on Monday.

Bouquets are delivered by FedEx which is our only carrier partner. You will always receive a notification with your tracking number once your order is shipped, and by registering with FedEx Delivery Manager you can easily track and amend the delivery details.

Can I choose the flowers and colors that I want?

How do I select if the subscription will renew or not?
You can choose from a One Time Bouquet or an ongoing Subscriptions form our different collections.

If you get a Subscription you can decide whether you want it to renew and be charged again after it ends, or to not renew and don’t generate any future orders after the ones you’ve paid for. If you purchase a subscription as a gift it automatically won’t renew.

What exactly do you offer?
We offer flower subscription options that are delivered monthly. Free shipping is included within the contiguous US. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska.

How do I purchase a subscription as a gift?
This is the process to make a gift purchase:

1. Select product you want to purchase
2. Select delivery date

3. Make sure to click on the check box that reads "Is this a gift?” and add your recipient’s information + a gift message. Remember: when you mark “This is a gift” your product will not renew.


This is the process when you purchase from an special campaign:

1. Click on the promo button that will take you to the Delivery Info Selection page
2. Select ‘’Gift’’ or ‘’Myself’’ on the pop up window for the recipient of your purchase
3. Select delivery date from the available list
4. Enter the recipient’s name, email address and the message you’d like to add to the card
5. Continue to Shopping Cart where you can review delivery date and coupon code for your order
6. Continue to Checkout where you’ll enter the shipping and billing information to finish your purchase.

Can I add a gift message with each shipment?
You’ll be able to add a message for the first delivery of any gift subscription, in the page before checkout. If you’d like to include notes with the following bouquets, simply email us at customerservice@enjoyflowers.com once you’ve purchased and we’ll gladly add messages to each of your deliveries.

What’s my order number?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with your Subscription ID. Each delivery in the subscription will generate its own EFSUB# code so you can track your bouquets. Simply add your EFSUB # into the live chat on EnjoyFlowers.com and we’ll help you check on your upcoming delivery!

4. DELIVERY

How do I check my delivery dates?
You can review and edit delivery dates from your account. When you're logged in, go to the Subscriptions tab and Review Deliveries to check or edit (this applies if you have a prepaid subscription). For month-to-month renewals, the dates will be available inside your account once the order is charged and generated.

Your first and previously delivered orders will show the date when the order was processed. Although this information about previous orders cannot be changed, you’ll be able to see future deliveries and when they will arrive, in case you need to make any changes or modify your upcoming delivery dates.

What if my bouquet arrives late due to weather delay or air labor strike?
For late arrivals due to inclement weather or freezing temperatures, Enjoy Flowers will provide a replacement bouquet on a case by case basis for the affected flowers that arrived in poor conditions. In that case, please contact us at customerservice@enjoyflowers.com not later than 4 calendar days after arrival.

For late arrivals due to delays on behalf of the shipping companies that go beyond our control or due to a wrong address being entered at purchase, Enjoy Flowers is further released from any responsibility.

How will I know a delivery is on its way?
You will receive an email with tracking information. Included in the email will be a FedEx tracking number + link to the Delivery Manager where you can register for alerts, place holds or add authorizations for your delivery.

How will my gift recipient know their flowers are coming?
During checkout, you’ll be prompted to provide your gift recipient’s email address, and you’ll be asked if you want to inform the recipient about the gift or if you prefer to keep it as a surprise. If you choose to share, both you and your gift recipient will receive notification of the purchase!

What is the delivery process if I am not home?
You can always reach out with enough time in advance, before the order is processed or shipped, to reschedule your delivery dates.

A signature is requested with your bouquet delivery but FedEx is authorized to leave the box if no one answers. If you or the recipient won’t be home to receive the flowers, you can manage your delivery options by registering with the FedEx Delivery Manager (here you can get alerts, place holds and more).

Are there any delivery restrictions?

Can I pay for a precise delivery window?
No, FedEx does not allow this.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
No, same-day is not available.

Do you deliver on weekends?
We do not offer deliveries on weekends, For Subscriptions, you can select deliveries on Tuesdays or Thursdays, for One Time Bouquets, you can select Monday through Thursday deliveries.

Can I combine more than one delivery name and address into one order?
Yes, you can select multi recipient options for your orders to be delivered to different recipients and addresses.

Do you offer delivery outside the United State
No, we currently deliver to locations within the contiguous United States. At this time we do not deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

How are my flowers delivered?
FedEx is our courier partner, so they get your flowers from the farm and deliver them to your front door. We highly recommend registering with FedEx Delivery Manager. You can take the worry out of missed deliveries and avoid having packages sit outside while you're away. This service allows you to plan your delivery and even leave delivery instructions.

5. EDITING AND CANCELLING ORDERS

I want to change my next delivery date
You can change your next delivery date by logging into your account prior to a renewal. From the Subscriptions tab you’ll be able to review and edit delivery dates if they’ve not been processed yet. These changes need to be made at least 7 days prior to shipping or within 24 hours if it’s a first time order.

I want to change the shipping address
You can change your shipping address by logging into your account prior to a renewal. From the Subscriptions tab you’ll be able to review and edit the shipping address if they’ve not been processed yet.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

I want to change the delivery frequency
Please email us at customerservice@enjoyflowers.com as soon as possible to let us know the frequency in which you would like to receive your flowers, we will gladly assist you. .

Oops, I ordered the wrong product!

I’m going to be out of town when my delivery usually arrives, what are my options?
If the order has not been processed yet, you can A. change the delivery address or B. skip the next delivery date. Both options require that this is done a minimum of 8 days before the expected delivery date.
