If your order is placed before Sunday midnight (00:00 ET), your flowers will be delivered on the following Thursday or Friday. If your order is placed before wednesday midnight (00:00 ET), your flowers will be delivered on the following Tuesday or Wednesday.

We will send your delivery tracking number 2 to 5 days before delivery via email. 

The Delivery company (FedEx or UPS) will require a signature at delivery. Please have somebody available to sign and care for the delivery of your flowers. If no one is available, leave a note in a visible place indicating it's okay to leave the flowers releasing responsibility of damage. Please include your full name and signature.

We are not responsible for any problems due to address errors. Address errors will delay your delivery by up to 2 days and $20 dollars to redirect the package to the right address will be charged.

If your scheduled delivery date is a Holiday then delivery will be delayed by one day

Unfortunately we can not deliver to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii.

ENJOY FLOWERS™ guarantees that our fresh flower assortment will stay fresh for seven (7) days after delivery. If not, ENJOY FLOWERS™ will gladly replace and deliver an equivalent floral arrangement as soon as possible.
